Empowering Newcomer Youth: Unveiling the Mission of NMC-CESI

Writer's picture: AdminAdmin

At NMC-CESI, our journey began in April 2016 as a collaborative effort between students and faculty at the Department of Near & Middle Eastern Civilizations, University of Toronto. What brought us together was a shared vision to make a positive impact on the lives of Syrian newcomer youth. Today, we take pride in our educational and humanitarian initiative, standing as a beacon of hope for those navigating the complexities of language acquisition, educational pursuits, and settlement.
